Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 7-12Β business days before shipment. This processing time allows us to inspect and prepare each bundle to ensure quality and consistency.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout so you can receive shipping updates.

After processing, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Finesse Hair Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again for reshipment.

Once an order has been handed over to USPS, Finesse Hair Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number.
