Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products due to hygiene and quality control reasons. This policy helps ensure that every customer receives brand new, unused hair products.

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue.

Items must remain unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging to be eligible for review.
